Key Responsibilities

This role involves polishing and buffing metal surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish using specialized tools.

Primary Duties

✅ Metal Cleaning & Polishing:

  • Remove welds, rust, and scale
  • Achieve a mirror-like finish on metal surfaces

✅ Material Preparation:

  • Sort and process metal sheets and scrap
  • Use cleaning solutions for surface treatment

✅ Support Functions:

  • Assist structural steel and sheet metal workers
  • Read and interpret work orders

✅ Work Area Maintenance:

  • Clean equipment and workspace
  • Load and unload materials

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Language: Proficiency in English or French
✅ Experience: No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided!
✅ Skills:
